By booking a session with YouGlo (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

2. Payments

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• If YouGlo needs to cancel a session, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your appointment.
• A refund will only be issued if YouGlo is unable to reschedule the booking.
• Client-initiated cancellations, reschedule requests, or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

5. Health & Safety

• You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the booked session.
• Any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns must be disclosed prior to your appointment.
• YouGlo reserves the right to refuse service if participation may pose a health or safety risk.

6. Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
• We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

7. Liability

• Participation in sessions is at your own risk.
• YouGlo is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.

8. Photography & Media

• From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
• Please inform us before your session if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.

9. Data Protection

• Personal information is collected solely for booking and service purposes.
• Your data will be handled securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms

• YouGlo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• The version in place at the time of booking will apply.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
