Terms and Conditions

YouGlo is a trading name of Callidus Venture Ltd (Company No. 09393031).
By booking, attending, or undergoing treatment at YouGlo Medical Aesthetics Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Treatment Terms & Conditions.

1. Medical Aesthetic Treatments

All treatments provided by YouGlo are medical aesthetic procedures and are carried out following:

  • A medical consultation
  • A suitability assessment
  • Informed consent

Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals due to anatomy, lifestyle, age, skin condition, medical history, and adherence to aftercare.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outcomes are subjective
  • Multiple treatments may be required
  • Results may be temporary
  • Further treatment may be necessary to maintain results

2. Consultation & Medical Disclosure

You must:

  • Provide full and accurate medical history
  • Declare all medications, supplements, and recent treatments
  • Inform the practitioner of any changes to your health before treatment

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and releases YouGlo from responsibility for adverse outcomes arising from non-disclosure.

YouGlo reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Consent

  • Informed consent must be provided prior to treatment
  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time before treatment begins
  • Once treatment has commenced, consent cannot be withdrawn retrospectively

Clinical notes and consent forms are stored in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Risks, Side Effects & Complications

All medical aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Swelling, redness, bruising
  • Tenderness or discomfort
  • Infection
  • Asymmetry
  • Unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome
  • Rare but serious complications

You confirm that these risks have been explained to you and that you accept them.

5. Aftercare Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow all aftercare instructions provided
  • Avoid contraindicated activities and products
  • Attend review appointments if advised

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may negatively affect results and increase the risk of complications. YouGlo is not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

6. Review Appointments & Adjustments

  • Review appointments may be offered at YouGlo’s discretion
  • Adjustments or corrective treatment are not guaranteed
  • Any additional treatment may incur a charge

Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome does not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:

  • No refunds are offered for completed treatments
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with results

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of deposit or full treatment fee
  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation

9. Photographs & Records

Clinical photographs may be taken:

  • For medical records
  • To assess progress and outcomes

Photographs will not be used for marketing or educational purposes without separate written consent.

10. Treatment of Minors

YouGlo does not provide injectable or medical aesthetic treatments to individuals under 18 years of age.

Valid photo identification may be required.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Otherwise, YouGlo is not liable for:

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetic outcomes
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Results affected by undisclosed medical information or non-compliance with aftercare

12. Complaints

If you have concerns regarding your treatment, you should:

  • Contact YouGlo as soon as possible
  • Allow an opportunity for review and resolution

Complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy, available on request or via our website.

13. Governing Law

These Treatment Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that:

  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions
  • You agree to proceed with treatment
