1. Medical Aesthetic Treatments – Important Notice

All treatments carried out by YouGlo are medical aesthetic procedures and are subject to:

  • A suitability assessment
  • Medical consultation
  • Informed consent

Results from aesthetic treatments cannot be guaranteed and will vary between individuals due to factors including (but not limited to) anatomy, age, lifestyle, medical history, and aftercare compliance.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept:

  • That outcomes are subjective
  • That results may be subtle or temporary
  • That complications, side effects, or further treatment may be required

2. Consultations & Consent

  • All clients must complete a consultation and medical questionnaire prior to treatment
  • YouGlo reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
  • Informed consent must be provided prior to treatment and may be withdrawn at any time

Consent forms and clinical records are retained in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior
  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee
  • Failure to attend an appointment may result in loss of deposit or full treatment fee
  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation

YouGlo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner availability, clinical concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds & Treatment Outcomes

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments:

  • No refunds are given for completed treatments
  • Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund

Where appropriate, YouGlo may offer:

  • Review appointments
  • Adjustments or corrective treatment (at discretion)

This does not create an obligation to refund.

5. Online Content & Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on the YouGlo website:

  • Is for general information only
  • Does not constitute medical advice
  • Should not replace a professional consultation

YouGlo is not liable for decisions made based on website content alone.

6. Products & Aftercare Responsibility
